cs is no help. I (re)list about 150 items a day. for the last 2 days it seems that the "best offer" option check box gets unchecked when I relist items in bulk. If I look A the closed item it is checked. If I relist just the 1 item it stays checked but if I list in bulk that option disappears when posted to ebay making me have to edit the listing(s). This is really time consuming and I'm losing sales since buyers don't see the bets offer option. I've had enough of this poor application, any thoughts?

I have to bulk edit every relisting on eBay to add the "Accept Offers from Buyers/Best offer option which was there on the closed listing
Since I am relisting items every 5 or 10 minutes through out the day I am loosing lots of sales due to potential buyers not being able to make an offer. THIS SUCKS & you all aren't any help!!

Thanks for the additional example of this behavior. I verified that you successfully added this information to your support case as well and, as a result, it is available to our technical staff that is reviewing the circumstances of your case.

We have not been able to reproduce the behavior you are reporting in testing and I have not seen any similar reports from other customers, so it seems there is something unique to your situation that we just haven't been able to pinpoint yet.
