Missing But it Now on Listing

I added a Buy it Now price to my listing but when it was posted on e-Bay the Buy it Now price is not shown.
I had a message from a prospective buyer asking if I had a Buy it Now price, I responded I thought it was there and that I would amend the listing to show it. e-Bay wont allow this as there has been bids placed for the item.
I have checked my Saved Items for the item on auctiva and this shows it with the Buy it Now.

How does this get lost in the posting to e-Bay.

Hi catbags,

I suspect that this listing has received a bid because, once an auction with a "Buy it Now" price receives its first bid, the "Buy it Now" prices is removed.

If this is not the case, please file a support request regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:
