Missing Closed Listings.

Hi Auctiva,

I had 26 E-bay store items end on January 16th. I usually wait until the Sunday after to re-list unsold store items. However, all 26 items are not in my Closed Listings folder where they normally are if unsold. 3 items that sold today, the 18th, are there along with 1 unsold store item which ended on the 13th but everything in between those dates is simply not to be found. WHAT HAPPENED and where did they go? I'd like to relist those 26 store items today if possible...

Hi Community,

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. We actually did encounter a technical problem over the weekend that causes a pretty big backlog with respect to these imports for some accounts. That issue was resolved Monday morning and the service should be caught up for the most part.
