missing item specifics

Anyone else having problems with their item specifics disappearing? I have multiples of the same textbooks. I created a listing and then tried to create a similar one. The item specifics are not saved when I go to work on the new listing. I have to re-enter them each time. I wonder how many active auctions I will now need to go revise through eBay.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would be glad to know how to fix this problem.

It happened on every single one last night. I listed about 10 books last night and listed a 3, 5, and 7 day auction for each, as well as created a store listing for each. None of them retained the item specifics information. Every time I clicked 'create similar', the information was gone. Once I had re-entered the item specifics information, at least it stayed saved long enough to post it to eBay. But when I went back into my saved listings and brought it back up to edit it again, the item specifics would have vanished again. Do you need more information than that? I can provide item numbers, if needed.
