Missing link to supersize images

The link is there for the clothing lots and they come up fine, but when I list items in collectibles, it doesn't. I have tried using a whole new listing and completely redoing it, I have used the clothing listing and redid it, and I have tried everything I know how todo and it isn't working! Please help!

Hi,

Check the image sizes for the images on the Image Management page. Those are the sizes for the original image saved on the site. If they aren't larger than the standard 400px wide by 300px high in either dimension, the click to Supersize won't display, i.e. it's already displayed at largest available.
