I am using Auctiva and love the template and the look of it, however, I am thinking that by just listing all my items in auction is going to end up being more expensive than just getting a basic ebay store anyway. Am I right or am I missing something? Also, can I set up my own checkout on my Auctiva Store and skip Ebay altogether? Thanks!

Nope, you can't just list to your Auctiva store. Your Auctiva Store is just a collection of all of your listings in one place. It doesn't replace your eBay store. Without eBay, Auctiva would be useless for you.

The idea of an eBay store is to put as much as possible in your store, then list some regular auctions to drive traffic to your eBay store. Many people don't want to wait for an auction to end, and would rather just buy the item outright. An eBay store alone without any auctions to direct buyers there generally will not get much traffic.
Hi Community,

As a follow up to what Biscuit mentioned...

If you have an eBay Store, you can create eBay store items through your Auctiva account by checking the bubble next to "store item" in the upper-left section of the Auctiva lister page. You will then be able to choose from the extended eBay store durations and will be charged for the item according to the eBay Stores fee structure.
