ok we have signed up at auctiva.com and got an account linked to one of our ebay accounts...we have now joined classic auctiva and want to use the FEEDBACK tool...we are now puzzled??
the classic auctiva site has asked us to open an account, which we did, we chose FEEDBACK free 30 day trial and now when we try to use it, after we added feedbacks to leave for customers it asks us to open an marketplace??? We already have one...dont we??? Surely if we activate the marketplace account on the classic auctiva to use the feedback tool it will mess up / clash with the new auctiva.com web service???
