One strategy that I have been using is to list a number of items to auction which are representative of similar items in my store, and which will help drive traffic to my store. After the auction ends, if they are not bid on, I don't want to pay the insertion fees to relist them as auction since that's more expensive than listing to the store -- I want to relist the closed auction items but in store format, and then list some new items people haven't seen before to my auctions. When I choose "relist" and "edit" -- there does not seem to be an option to move an item from auction to store...??? If I have to do a "list similar item" and change the format for each item it's going to take me hours. Ebay has a move to store option, but if I do it through eBay I'm thinking it will not translate to my Auctiva listings. I know this is a long post and may be clear as mud, but any help would be hugely appreciated!

Thanks --

Hi Julie,

When you are re-posting an unsold auction item as a store item, you are not eligible for a listing fee reimbursement of the item sells the second time around anyway, so it is actually not necessary to use the "Relist" functionality to accomplish this.

Assuming you created the original auction items through Auctiva, you should be able to locate them in your "Saved Listings" folder after they close and post them as store items by checking the radio button next to "store item" and clicking either the "Post" or "Schedule" button.

Hi Julie,

You're welcome! Nope, even though "Select" is displayed in the "Load a Profile" pull-down menus, the information from the profiles that were originally loaded into the listing should still be present. You should only have to reload your profiles if you find that the content of those sections is missing.
