moving gallery? i dont want it

Click the "My Account" tab, then "Settings", then "Account Settings". From there, you can choose NO for "Use Auctiva Store Window".

It will only affect future listings. Any current listings have to be edited manually.

hi biscuit, I just noticed in absolute horror that all of my listings which I have not uploaded via auctiva has put the moving gallery onto all my items in my shop items I put on using turbolister. I have a lot of items if I cancel my auctiva account will they disappear? if not this is pretty crazy as I saw nothing written about this when signing up.

No, if you cancel your Auctiva account, the store window will not be removed from your listings because the store window HTML is already present in the description HTML of those listings. In order to remove the store window from your listings that were originally created through Turbolister, you will have to edit each via the following process:

1) Click the "Revise your Item" link on the item.
2) Click "Edit Description"
3) Click the "Enter your own HTML" tab on the description editor.
4) Hold "CTRL" and press "F" to initiate a Windows "Find" command.
5) Enter "asw" in the "Find" field, and click "Find Next". The text "asw" will become highlighted, which is the beginning of the store window HTML.
6) Delete all of the description HTML from the "asw" to the bottom of the editor.
7) Save your changes.

To remove the store window from your listings that were posted through Auctiva, you will have to remove the store window HTML from your HTML description as well. In these listings, the store window HTML will be at the top of your description HTML.
