Thanks for posting your question here. There is a known issue with the preview page on our site that is causing the price of multi variation listings to show up as "0", so I am under the impression that you are running into that problem. We currently expect to have that problem resolved within the next couple of weeks.
However, even though the preview page on the Auctiva site shows a price of “0” for these items, you can still go ahead and post your multi variations to eBay through Auctiva and the listings will reflect the prices you entered in the “Add/Edit Variations” interface when they reach eBay.
I am not aware of any issues that would cause your listings to display incorrect prices in eBay search results so, if you have encountered anything like that, we would need to look into it further although a problem of that nature could only lie on eBay's end. It should not even be possible for a listing to be submitted to eBay with a price of "0".
