Multiple accounts

There's a Sign Out button at the top right of www.auctiva.com. Maybe you can sign out that way and then register your new account?

That doesn't work because I can log out, but when I click on "register", it tells me that I am already registered, and immediately shows my existing account. I have clicked on different places on the site to sign up or to register or whatever, still same results. I also signed up where you invite others to join by giving their email addresses, and supposedly an email will be sent to them. So I did that using the email of my other account, but I have never received the invitation email (it has been about 3 or 4 days ago that I did that).

Sounds like you have a cookie with your info stored so Auctiva is automatically reading it before you can fill out the screen. Try googling "Crap Cleaner", or go to www.download.com and get it there.

I think the "crap cleaner" did the trick! And boy did I have some. Almost 10 meg! Before that I logged onto another computer and set up the other auctiva account, but when I went back to my computer I was unable to log on with the new name, always going back to the original acct. SO I found the download, ran it and now all is wonderful (so far). Thanks for everybody's help! Jackie
