multiple auctiva accounts

Hi,
I posted a support form a while ago and haven't heard anything back. I thought I might post it here to get a few more eyes on it.

My Auctiva Account Username is Villager.
Because this shows up on my showcase, it's not really consistent with my eBay branding.

Could/would you please change this to roundwood as mentioned in the support request?
I inadverdently opened a second auctiva account with the name of roundwood and cannot generate a token (multiple accounts). I need that 2nd account cleared from your database.

Is it possible to prevent creating multiple accounts? It might serve to eliminate some questions.

There is no token on the 2nd account....auctiva would not allow generating it.

If I can change the username on the store, then that fixes that issue.

We let you change the name shown in your store window on our site. Click the Store tab, the Store Window link, then edit your Store window settings.

I may be going out on a limb here, but I seem to think that the showcase and store window are two separate animals.
Yes, I can edit the text displayed on the store window, but I can not locate any method of changing the username displayed on the showcase.

Contact info, yes.
Username, no.

Could this be corrected manually, please?

Store --> Showcase -->Edit About Info --> Edit your About Us Page
You can change the 'store name' on that page.
