multiple ebay IDs = multiple Auctiva accts?

Hi I have 2 different selling IDs on ebay and I use Auctiva exclusively on one of them. I'd like to begin building templates to use on the other one. Do I need to create a separate Auctiva ID and generate a token to the other Ebay ID to make this work? Seems logical - is that how it works? Am I allowed to have more than one Auctiva account? Thanks for any help on this.

Hi dogstar932,

Yes, your understanding is correct. In order to use Auctiva for your second eBay account, simply create a second Auctiva account and generate a token within that account to connect it to your second eBay account.

So, if I have more than one eBay account and the one I am using with my Auctiva store goes dormant, I can generate a new token for another of the eBay accounts?
