Hi...I sold multiple items on eBay and for some reason I cannot send an invoice to the buyer for all the items they purchased on one invoice. I have never had this happen before. So I contacted eBay and told me it was on Auctiva's end of it and that they're was a way to send an invoice to the buyer thru auctiva. Is this true? And if so, how can I do this? My buyers are getting angry because they cannot pay me.

Hi,

I went thru the same thing ~ Just turn off 'AUCTIVA CHECKOUT' and it will revert to eBay's checkout, which will allow you to invoice for multiple wins on one invoice.

Auctiva has not been able to give us that service ~

I was driving eBay Live crazy with this until we finally figured out that I was using Auctiva's checkout.

Hope this helps...
Hi Kimbers,

If you are using Pay Pal, then you can go to your account and 'REQUEST MONEY'. Click on "Invoicing Tool" and that is your ticket to getting your buyers their multiple-item invoices. Unfortunately, it does take more time, but at least they will have their invoices. You will have to get your Item #'s, Item Titles, Quantities, Prices and S&H (discounts, if any) prior to generating the invoices.

It WILL work ~
