Multiple variation listings

Please can anyone help me with how to set up multiple variation listings?
I have 333 listings in an ebay shop all set up via Auctiva. I would like to set up size and colour options for all these items.
ebay have told me that I need to start a brand new listing for every item.
When I try 'sell similar' or 'create new listing' on Auctiva I can't seem to find anywhere I can put in the size and colour options. I've spent ages trawling the help pages so I'd be really greatful if anyone can help.

Hi- if I were you I would write support, they should be able to help you. I do know ebay has limits on variations, however, it is not that each has to be set separate.

Hi kasles,

Thanks for posting your question here. If your Auctiva plan supports the creation of multi variation listings, just select "fixed price" as your Sale Type and choose a category for which eBay supports variations, and an "Add/Edit Variations" link will show up in the area below the "Category #" field on the Auctiva lister page that you can use to create your variations.

In order to be able to post multi variation listings through Auctiva, you must be enrolled in our Unlimited Plan or one of the more expensive plans that includes Auctiva Commerce. Our Basic Plan does not include the ability to post multi variation listings.
