Thanks for posting your question here. Our system does not need to be aware of changes to your eBay password, so you should not necessarily need to make any changes within your Auctiva account just because you have changed the password to your eBay account.
However, if eBay required that you change your password because they detected your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party, it is possible that they also severed the token which links your eBay account to your Auctiva account - in which case you would need to generate a new token.
You can confirm whether your token is currently valid from within your Auctiva account by mousing over the “My Account” tab and selecting the “eBay” option under “Settings”. If the details on that page indicate your token is invalid, you should be able to create a new one by clicking the “Get New Token” link on that page and proceeding as directed.
