My Account Balance: Positive or Negative Balance??

On MY ACCOUNT > AUCTIVA SHIPPING INSURANCE SETTINGS page, my current account balance shows $17.55 in RED. Is that a negative or positive balance? Does that mean I have $17.55 balance remaining for my Auctiva insurance account (from the last time I put money into the account)? Or does that mean I owe $17.55 to Auctiva??

(BTW, if it's negative balance, then it should have a MINUS sign.)

Nevermind. I've just tried funding the account with $10 and found out it's NEGATIVE balance.
