My added pictures arent showing up.

I have a couple listings that I listed on ebay but went in to add pictures to thru auctiva like I have before. I get the comformation that they have been uploaded but they have never shown up that was hours ago and 3 different listings.

Hi IBAY4U2007,

I just tested the "Add Images" functionality in our test account and the selected images were appended to the listing instantaneously when I clicked the "Add Images" button. Therefore, I believe you must be missing an important step in this process.

The message you are referring to actually just means that your images have successfully been uploaded into your Auctiva account; not that they will be added to the listing. Once you receive this message, you just need to click the "Back to Select Images" link, select the thumbnails of the images you'd like to add on the ensuing page, and then click the "Add" button. Upon completion of this process, you will receive a confirmation message stating "Listing(s) will momentarily have the selected images added."
