Same thing happened to me...simply file a support request under the help section and it will be fixed soon.

Even tho you are using Auctiva services to leave FB it ultimately falls under the domain of Ebay. It has been terribly glitchy lately, on Ebay's end...don't know if Auctiva has any control over that.

Did you recently change your ebay name? If so you need to get a new token for your feedback thing to work.
