My counters have suddenly disappeared

Dear all,

Ive been trying to find out why my counters have disappeared from all my listings but to no avail.

Anyway, I remember setting a menu in auctiva that makes my listing have a visible sellathon counter at the bottom. I cant find that menu now.

And suddenly, the counters have all disappeared after the malware issue on auctiva. Is this only happening to me?

Could you guys advice me on how i could get them back. I list my auctions through turbolister

I have been seeing this happening on my listings as well even though I do have the sellathon box appearing. However, I just discovered on the new eBay set up that on the summary section of selling, you can have counters and watches appear when you click on the column heading. This just appeared yesterday. It has to be clicked on each time you enter this section after viewing another section or a listing. I am waiting for this glitch to be fixed since I don't think buyers can see the counters and I believe that this is useful in bidding.
