try this instead.

Instead of copying it as web page, just save it in word. Then on the listing page, where you create your auction, on the editor box look for the little icon that says "copy from word" and insert your description there. You can then play around with font size ~ color and font type in there also, until it looks like you want it to look. Attach your pictures, etc

Then select an auctiva template from the left side and add in your shipping and payment profile from the right. (you need to make one first) and preview it.

If you want shipping and payment inserted into your auctiva template, make sure you select an auctiva template that supports a shipping and payment tag, most don't, but a few of the new ones do.
