Some time ago eBay arbitrarily changed my listing form to a new version. I wasn't happy but eventually got used to it. I recreated all my templates and was happy as Larry. I few days ago I noticed that one of my listings still had the Auctiva scrolling gallery (which I thought I had removed months ago). I logged onto my Auctiva account which apparently prompted Auctiva to add the scrolling gallery to my 139 listings. This would have been fine but for the fact that when I next went to list an item I found that the old eBay listing page (Classic) had replaced the new one and my new templates had been replaced with the ones that existed a few months ago.

While I would like to keep the scrolling gallery, I would prefer to use the newer version of the eBay listing form. Can anyone help?

Hello Kafka -

We are not aware of any issues that logging in to an account or generating a token would cause that would cause a shift of which lister page you get when you are on eBay or anything that would cause a template to be altered or updated as a result of either of these things, so it is unclear what may be occurring for you.

For us to be able to look into this further, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the details of what has occurred and the order of events so we can have a look into it. While eBay does have a quick and an advanced version of the listing creation page, it is unclear what might provide you with the Classic view of the page in relation to the other events described.
