my ebay listings have disappeared

I see all 9. eBay took them down to make sure they weren't fraud. Once they checked them they put them back.

When you generate an ebay token when you first sign-up for auctiva, auctiva inserts things to your listings, eBay treats them as 'revisions' and de-indexes them. They are still on your my-ebay page, but taken off the search function, and out of your list of items for sale that buyers see.

I am having the same issue. is there a way to have your auctions show back up in the Ebay search index if they have been removed?

They will show back up--when eBay re-indexes them in the search. eBay uses several different servers to host the listings. Every listing is pulled from its server in sequence. It takes from 4 - 6 hours to appear in their search.

ok. I have yet to put a listing on eBay using Auctiva and already see some problems. I hope someone can help. First I cancelled the insurance from Auctiva only because I am thinking I will not be able to use clip and snip via Paypal or the USPS. Am I correct in thinking this? Second, I too am showing no items for sale when clicking on "View seller's other items" and they were on before I activated Auctiva. How do I get them to show again? I'm thinkg I may not be up to the task of Auctiva LOL

You don't do anything to make them appear in eBay search. If they are on your item page in your MyeBay active listings, they are there for buyers IF they use the text=only format link from your sellers listing page.

About using Auctiva === It is one of the best I've used. However, you must read! a lot of sellers complain about buyers not reading the TOS. It is the same here, users are not reading properly and don't proceed with the correct steps.

If you've problems accessing auctiva, it is moren' likely something to do with your computer and ISP, not auctiva.

Make sure that you 'keep me signed in' at all times! saves headaches.

ALWAYS upload your pictures BEFORE you start a lising.
