My feedback score still says 203 and it's actually now 399. Does Auctiva ever update?

It never changes from the # you started with. I read it somewhereon this site.
Does the feedback score show anyplace other than on the listing preview?
I don't think so. It's just for the preview.
I believe we have a way to update those that we run manually, I'll ask if we can do that. If it doesn't happen it's because we don't and it's not something critical enough to program up right now. I'm sure it's already on a list of things to do.

That's what I was thinking. It doesn't really need to be accurate.
I think you can force it to update though... Go generate a new token. I did that the other day, and now my feedback score shows correctly (not like I was trying to do that...just an interesting side-effect of what I was really trying to do...)
