My home page opened up into someone else's account!

Didn't know really where to put this. I've tried several times to file a support case, but the 'help' page comes up empty. Anyway, a few minutes ago, I opened up Auctiva and didn't recognize the title of the last saved listing. I looked up and saw I was signed in as someone else. I quickly logged off and hope this isn't happening a lot. Carol
