My images are not loading on header line?

Could you provide a link so that we can see the problem and try to diagnose a fix for you please.
Edit: After re-reading your problem I believe you may be referring to the gallery image where you view all the like items that are being sold by others?
If so you have to select gallery image which is 35 cents extra currently to eBay.
In the future you can apply the gallery directly from Auctiva by hitting the maximize all tab at the top of the listing and then scrolling down the page and selecting in marketing tools the tab marked Gallery.
In order to do this with your active listings you will have to revise them through eBay to get the Gallery image and you will only be able to do this if the item has no bids.

Anyway the problem is it shows up fine here but if you click back to list of items it is not showing up on the main page.

Exactly what my second thought was! You did not tick the boxes in Auctiva for Gallery image. Header image is totally different, that is the first image that appears when you click on the auction.
The only way you can fix this currently as the auction is running is by going to the auction on eBay and clicking on revise listing.
In the future make sure you select them from the listing page of Auctiva to keep you from having to do this.
If it makes you feel any better when I first began using Auctiva I did the same thing!

Thank you so much. That is exactly what I did I thought the header image was the image that showed up on the main page. Thank you again. i guess I will be revising for the rest of the night. LOL But this is still alot easier than how I used to do it on ebay with the old lister program. Auctiva is a very user friendly program.

Auctiva is definitely a learning curve but well worth once you get everything figured out.
