I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing, but I am not aware of any current technical difficulties on our side which would explain this behavior. I also reviewed the saved listing you created on October 6, 2013 and I am able to see the description you created within the editor without any difficulties.

That being said, I did notice that your account is currently configured to use our older description editor we have been phasing out for a while but is still enabled in some accounts so, if you continue to encounter difficulties using the editor, you may want to update your account to use the newer one we have available.

If you would like to update your account to use the newer description editor, just mouse over the “My Account” tab, select the “Acct Preferences” option under “Settings”, check the box next to “Use Design Editor v2.0” in the Listing Management section and then click the “Update Account Preferences” button below.
