My list can not be found on eBay

Don't know if anyone else got the same problem.

I posted my list via Auctiva to eBay. My list can be seen in "My eBay" section straight away, but can not be found in eBay category until several hours later. That turns out that nobody can see my list during that period expect ME. Is that delay normal?

I'm not sure if this delay is normal but it is not associated with your use of Auctiva. If you are concerned about this issue, I suggest you contact eBay support for further clarification.

yes the delay in being able to see a listing IS (unfortunately) normal. Ebay only indexes new listings every several hours, so there's normally a few hours' delay between when your listing posts onto ebay and when it can be found on ebay. The only time that doesn't happen is when your listing just happens to get posted right before the next ebay indexing process. That pretty much happens by sheer dumb good luck.
