This has happened to me on occasion, usually when I have tried to pair up the pics in the template. I don't know if this will help but I'm sure someone else will be along that's more knowledgeable.......

Awol5436 I took out the add on down by the template and it shortened mine up some.
Temp fix because than all the details follow the template instead of being in it.

I am new to Auctiva too. Love their templates. I just can't figure out why they can not remedy this huge picture fiasco. However, one of the tech's suggested I use the "SLIDESHOW" choice on the template. This has worked for me every time. No off the screen listings.
** Their online help people are top notch.
It is not my first choice, I would rather have paired smaller pics and have my customers see 2 or four pics at a time, but Slideshow is tolerable.
Also, I try to choose templates that have the text description starting flush left, and closer to the left side. You seem to get a little less scrunched up description.
