my listing is not searchable after i sign up auctiva

Hi
i'm a new here and I'm so frustate right now my problem is after sign up for ebay token all my current listing on ebay transfer to auctiva and when i try to search for my listing on ebay I coulnd,t find them except the one listing that have people bid on it so I think if I cancel my auctiva account my listing will show up then I canceled my auctiva account and search for my listing on ebay again but my listings are still not show up. Actually I want to use auctiva but i'm so frustate right now. If anybody know how to fix my problem,please help. Thank you so much

Your use of Auctiva does not have any effect on the way your listings are displayed in eBay's search results pages. The issue you are describing is actually a common eBay issue of which you can read more about at: http://pages.ebay.com/help/find/questions/wheres-my-item.html
