My listing won't LIST

Hi up until today i thought i knew what i was doing on Auctiva, but today i have been trying to list something and it keeps on coming up with a error.
It says:- A valid insurance fee must be specified when flat rate shipping is offered. I have always been using Auctiva and have never had to offer any insurance. In Australia if someone wants to pay extra for registered post, they pay it.
So what am i doing wrong or in the shipping section what do i need to click on to fix my error so i can list.
Any sugguestions are very welcome, im new to this discussion group also, so sorry if i don't click on the right things.
Its terrible being a learner

Same problem here and same error message. Same country also, so perhaps this could be the problem??

same problem with me as well.. I have been using Auctiva for a while now with no problem but I keep getting this error message "valid insurance fee" have you fixed the problem?? what do we do??. Thanks K

I tried for quite a while last night and this morning and the same problem occurs. Needs insurance etc. Also noticed that in the shipping section it did not have small packet or light packet available any more. I did also notice Can$ was still popping up but changed it in my preferences. This happened on Canada site and .com site.
