My listings are being relisted as "Good Til Cancelled"

Hi Barbara,

If it's truely a GTC (not using the Auctiva Auto-Relist feature with PROFILE), you need to END/CLOSE the listing at eBay. If you are nearing the end of the current 30 day listing, just make sure you end it at a convenient time before it recycles to another 30 days.

FYI, to Stop Auto-Relist and end, you first stop the Auto-Relist on the Active Listings page at Auctiva, then end the listing at eBay.

Thanks for the information. I do not have auto relist policy and have never clicked on GTC. How can I keep this from happening again? Thanks, Barbara

Hi Barbara,

Technically, that should never have happened in the first place. I would file a Support Case with Auctiva, so they can investigate how it became GTC.

Out of curiosity, is this a Store Inventory listing or a Fixed Price?

I am having the same problem. I have tried using a different browser, and listing on MOnday, rather than Sunday, since Auctiva seems to have "sunday-itis". I'm still having the same problem. just to be clear.
I am ending my GTC items on EBAY. Bulk re-listing them thru Auctiva, selecting 30 day on all, individually, and 3-% of them are still coming thru re-listed as GTC. I'm wasting my $$ ending and relisting these continuously.
Please help. I have reported it, and have gotten no response
