Hope someone can help me. I've been using auctiva for about 6 months now and have noticed that everytime I revise prices on ebay they don't change on my scrolling window. Is this normal?
Also, the past week or so I have been having major problems in that not all of my listings are being imported. It is mainly shop inventory items and 3-4 fixed price auctions that I listed more than 12 days ago. Nearly a week ago in some cases though and they still don't show. I have 47 items in my shop and at the moment only 30 of them have been imported.
What can I do to fix this? I've looked on the forums etc but no joy. Can anyone help?
