Hi are you getting some sort of API error showing?Looking at the top of the listing page on the right hand side look at events the ones marked in red will be the problem ones.Once you find out if it is API errors go to the top of the page and click on help and on the right hand side you will see Customer Support. File a support request detailing your problem from there and someone from Auctiva will check it for you
