My listings arent getting posted I get the message that says they are being posted but they never do it just stays there.

Hi are you getting some sort of API error showing?Looking at the top of the listing page on the right hand side look at events the ones marked in red will be the problem ones.Once you find out if it is API errors go to the top of the page and click on help and on the right hand side you will see Customer Support. File a support request detailing your problem from there and someone from Auctiva will check it for you

i DONT GET ANY ERROR MESSAGE AT ALL I GET A WINDOW THAT SAYS CONFORMATION THE FOLLOWING LISTINGS ARE BEING POSTED TO EBAY,BUT THEY NEVER GET THERE
OH YEA AND WHEN I TRY TO GET HELP ALL I GET IS PAGE AFTER PAGE WITHOUT ANSWERS AND EVENTUALLY SENT BACK HERE .
