My listings were failed to be posted on EBAY, need help from Auctiva support!

Sounds as though you may have a VERO problem? How long did you try to list for? If it is VERO related try posting the auction for 5 days rather than 3 days and they should post for you.

Actually, I was try to post store inventory product. I tried 6 listing, the first 2 were posted successfully, the later 4 were not.

You have a feedback rating of 1 and are from China.

You should use our "Get HTML" feature on the saved listings page and try posting your listing directly on eBay and paste in the HTML we give you. That should help you narrow down what they want.

I think this has more to do with your location and low feedback than it does with anything not working on our site.

I will take your advice to post directly on EBAY, before that, I want to know how many feedbacks I should get to come back to Auctiva again? As a matter of fact, I can not change my location, I don't know whether Ebay specially limits sellers from China or what?

My guess is that it's more to do with FB than anything. I had limitations until I reached 10 (I believe that's what the requirement was per eBay).

Maybe try listing a couple a day through Auctiva, if you find this is what's actually causing it.

I just remembered, I couldn't do any Buy It Now listings until my FB was up. Maybe that's what's causing it??? If eBay's support was worth a darn, I'd suggest asking them. I doubt you'd receive a relevant answer though. Quite the opposite of Auctiva's support! However, maybe they'll surprise you and actually read your question.

The only limitation I remember having was no BIN until I had a 10 FB score. Of course if you are from China and listing on the U.S. site, ebay tends to be cautious if you're new.

I still believe that I can post couple listings via Activa cuz last time I tried to list 10,4 of them pasted successfully. Therefore, I will try it out in any case.
