My new listing are not showing up on Ebay

I just started with Auctiva today. I have 2 new postings on Ebay. They are not showing up in any searches that I do or in the My Items scrolling section. Yet, they are showing up under Active items on Ebay. How long does it take for these items to get on Ebay? Thanks! Loretta

Hi - The normal delay to show up in search is about 6 hours due to ebay's indexing and fraud control.

Ninth, Thank you so much for this information. I really do appreciate it. Can you tell me why I'm showing duplicate listings in my store, yet singles on my active listing? Is this something I need to be concerned about? Thanks again for all of your help. Loretta

Not sure about the duplicate store listings. The store items and scrolling window will refresh periodically (approximately every 2 hours) but if the problem continues, the best thing to do is file a support request from the Help page.
