My old saved listings will not delete?

I go to images and then "manage images" and I try to delete. But, it won't delete. I press delete and nothing happens.

Please help.

Hi blshelby,

You should be able to delete your unwanted images by going to your Manage Images folder, checking the boxes next to the desired images and then clicking the "Delete" button. I'm not aware of any technical problems with that button so, if it is still not working for you, I recommend clearing your browser cache and the closing and reopening your browser to see if it works after that.

If you are still unable to delete your unwanted images after trying this measure, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
