On the auctiva aprt of my ebay listing I have the incorrect images for the items I have listed.
I have tried deleting the image but this particular image is not in my auctiva file.

I had revised the images via Ebay, will they automatically be ammended onAuctiva.

This is my first time using this tool

THIS IS FOR JEFF I KNOW HOW TO CLEAR MY CACHE THE PROBLEM IS WHEN ACESSING EBAYS PHOTOS THERE IS NO PROBLEM, BUT ACESSING AUCTIVA'S PHOTOS THERE IS A RROBLEM, EVEN ACESSING AUCTIVIVA'S WEB PAGE IS TERRIBLY SLOW.
RIGHT NOW I HAVE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF SALES NOT SHOWING PHOTOS THAT ARE ENDING SOON, I HOPE EBAY HAS THEIR PROGRAMING PROBLEM WORKED OUT SOON, IT REALLY TAKES A BITE INTO SALES I MAY HAVE TO CANCEL MY LISITNINGS BECAUSE IT IS SO BAD. IN AN EFFORT NOT TO LOSE A GREAT AMMOUNT OF MONEY. IT APPEARS TO ME IT IS ALMOST AS IF EBAY CAUSED THIS PROBLEM TO FORCE INCREASED SALES OF USEING THEIR PHOTO HOSTING SYSTEM.
CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW MUCH RENENUE THEY HAVE LOST TO THIRD PARTY IMAGE HOSTING SYSTEMS.
I KNOW I AM A SYNIC.

Is the incorrect image on your listing or on the scrolling window? If it's on the listing, and you revised it through eBay, then the revision will not change the saved listing in Auctiva, but that's OK...you already posted it and it's revised. If that's the case, but the image is still showing on the scrolling window, then you can go to Store, Edit Items, and Make Hidden. It might take a few hours before it updates, though.

No, Auctiva had server issues; there was an announcement yesterday. It's funny that you thought that, though...eBay has its own set of vibrancy issues, they are not going after all picture hosting services, LOL.
