My pictures are all missing on my auctions.

I just noticed that 1 picture is missing from the last 2 listings I posted. I have spent the last hour trying to figure out how to get them in there (like Auctiva shows them) but I am hopeless at html! Arrggghhh!!!!

I don't have anything for sale right nw but I've checked on a few other users and the pics ARE showing...This does seem to happen now & then, but usually not for very long

No - I added both my pics to the listing before I posted it to ebay but only 1 of them is showing up over there. I had 2 pics in my description & a different one as my gallery/header pic.

Now ebay is only showing 1 of the 2 pics in my description.

I double-checked my saved listing in Auctiva (in case I was losing my marbles & really did forget to add it but no, the missing pic is showing in the saved listing in Auctiva as pic #1. So I removed & re-selected both my pics, re-saved it, opened the HTML & copied & pasted that into the ebay listing but it is still missing. Like I said earlier, I am not good with HTML but, looking at it in Auctiva again, I can only see 1 image in there.

Then I have another listing that should have 4 pics in the description, & does have 4 when I look at my saved listings in Auctiva but in ebay, it only has 3. And again, it is pic #1 that is missing.

Yes, I'm only seeing one pic too..there IS a way to add using HTML, let me see if I can go find the directions (it's NOT as hard as it sounds)

I figured it out. Its a bug.

If you select images as normal for the listing but a different image for the ebay header & gallery, image #1 will not appear in your listing.

I do that all the time, and it always shows up..are you sure it's a bug?

I do it all the time, too. And up until now, it has always worked fine. But the last 2 listings I posted have been missing the 1st images.

I just fixed the daffodil dress listing by setting the header image as pic #1, in auctiva, then saving it & copying & pasting the html into ebay

Yeah it does sound like a bug then...glad you were able to fix it..

Well, what I did was just worked around it. But I'm glad I figured it out, too - otherwise I'd still be pulling my hair out trying to write HTML! LOL

I just reported it to Auctiva for real fixing. I'm guessing one of the programmers fooled with the code that was uploaded on Mon/Tues this week...

I too am having this problem. I can enable the gallery image but it wants a fee. I thought it would list it as ebays first image free thing. I am frustrated as well. I did the checks as mentioned above.
I'll experiment in the next batch upload but thats a costly way to try things out though.
I might just go back to turbo lister but the ads don't turn out as perdy.
