My postings are not listing

I'm getting frustrated

over my listing to ebay. On a few occasions the listing fails. And tonight again it's not listing. What the hack is going on auctiva?
The description reads - API Error / Event level - Failure.
I'm getting tired and wasting of my time figuring out what's wrong.

Hi! I was going to let you know that the reason your listing wasn't posting was because you didn't have a return policy specified, but it appears that you were already able to fix that on your own.

I had several listings that were not posted this am thru auctiva. They were not scheduled but listed right away.... anyone else having trouble??
