My profiles won't show up in a New Listing

what browser are you using? Did you press the "load" button when you listed it?

Ok i have the same EXACT Problem as beachhousenana!!!! I thought i was the only one. i already created a support ticket and stil waiting a reply. but now i saw this post.

soo i did my own experiment while waiting for reply, i move my profile to master profile and it worked! now that i just saw Jeff suggestion yes i can concur.

My next question is , how do we cancel or delete a list from master profile?

I use Firefox. I have listed at least 75 auctions using Auctiva and have not had any trouble until last night. I have checked my Master Profile and all of the information is there, it just will not load when I start a new listing. I do routine maintenance on my computer so I know it is not that. The only thing that seems to work now is Copy and Paste from the Master to a new listing. Surely there is some glitch somewhere that needs a fix.

i use firefox as well. i use to do it from AOL but for some reason my aol always cuts off when i surf within auctiva

Currently, the only issuee with profiles is that item details profiles cannot be loaded from the lister page.

However, if you make the item details profile part of a master profile, when you load that master profile, the item details will be loaded as well. You can make a master profile at Auctiva -> Profiles(tab) -> Master.

I saved my Master Profile and by golly, I can list again!!! Thank you!

I am on cable Internet and everything is so darn easy, I get frustrated when something goes haywire. Firefox is the best!!! I am surprised AOL lets you use it.

I too can't get anything to show up. I click the new listing tab, and it gives me an error, same as master profile on the front page. I click the saved listings, they are all there, but when I go to edit one, I get the error showing up there as well. Hopefully this is being fixed?

The lister page is currently unavailable, which is the reason for the error page. This issue should be resolved in 5-10 minutes.
