Okay so, I have the scrolling gallery, currently I only have two items, not a biggie, but I accidentally loaded the same image for both listings...woops....anyway I changed it and it was not updating on my scrolling gallery, so I googled it and it said it updates every 2 or 6 hours or whatever, so I shrugged it off. That was yesterday, I checked again today and it updated the prices and the titles that I had changed, however the image STILL has not updated...Whats the deal? Am I doing something wrong still...?

Hi silentthunder1510,

Thanks for posting about this here. The refresh interval for the scrolling gallery you read about actually just refers to changing the items displayed there. We actually don't have anything in place to automatically update the scrolling gallery images for listings when the header/gallery images in the listings are changed through eBay so the behavior you are seeing is as expected.

That being said, I just ran a command from our end of things to update your scrolling gallery images and the scrolling gallery images for your listings should now match the main eBay gallery images specified in them.

If you encounter this situation again in the future, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "My Account" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option and we'll be able to help you out.
