My Store is Temoporarily Closed ???

Why? Can someone please tell me why my store is temporarily closed although it is still running okay in Ebay - I sent out a great email today to promote my store using my new domain name and then received 30 or more emails telling me the store was closed! This could potentially lose me customers so I am not happy... has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know why???

Please help me before I sit in the corner and cry!

I would file a support request....this sounds like something only Auctiva can help you with

Just had another thought...if you just recently purchased a domain name, Auctiva might take time to update, like with everything else.
