My Store Isn't Working - Any Clues?

I listed a new weeks worth of items last night but nothing is coming up in my Auctiva store window! Also, if you go into any ofmy items in eBay, the other items window isn't working either, it says I have nothing for sale, I'm losing potential customers... Can anyone help? Thanks!

I was wondering if I was the only one with this problem. I listed 27 items Saturday and have had only 3 images show up in my scrolling window and Auctiva store. I contacted support numerous times and now only 4 images show up! Something is clearly wrong with the Auctiva site. I'm curious how many others are having this problem also?

Hi, they said it would not be fixed most likely until Saturday.. You can go in and change the statement in your store to say it is broke. Click on store tab and then the edit store window link and change the saying that will appear in the window. It can take up to 2 hrs..., but it will be fixed for the next time this happens...Hope this helps Holley
