I thought this was a good idea so gave it a go. When it came to actually paying a buyer who had signed up with me for a payback paypal said point blank they do not facilitate this unless you are the size of Argos. This has left me with people who have signed up not getting what they thought they were and me with a lot of work because the banners have to be removed individually from each listing . They don't disappear when you unsubscribe. I feel really strongly that auctiva should not be pushing this when it DOESN'T WORK

We're sorry to hear about the difficulty you are having with PayPal mass payments and MyStoreRewards. We were aware of one issue that a few international users were experiencing with PayPal UK when they were trying to set up mass payments last year, and that was addressed in December. Have you contacted Customer Support about this issue?

Until you can get the payments feature working for your PayPal account, you can still manually pay the rewards to your buyers via PayPal (instructions are here ).
