my store window isnt scrolling?

I just signed up for auctiva recently and did my first auction through them today, but the store window thingy isnt scrolling and i know it should be since all the others i seen were. what is wrong can anyone help. thanks

Hi Avie,

If you have less than 6 active listings, your store window will not scroll because it is not necessary for all of the listings to be seen.

If you have more than 6 qactive auctions and your store window isn't functioning properly, I recommend you file a support case by using the appropriate link on our help page. Then our support staff will assist your individual problem.
