my supersize photos won't switch from 1 to 2 or 3 etc....

I didn't know that they are supposed to change automatically. I've always just clicked on Next.

sorry, I didn't explain properly.

When you click 'next' it goes to a new page with no photo so I have to come out of supersize and go back to my listing page and click on the next photo to get that supersized. So my buyer has to keep going back to the listing page between each photo instead of staying on the supersized page and clicking along the row of photo numbers.
I've just changed my auctiva template would that make a dufference?

Post an item #. I checked some of your items and they worked. It shouldn't make a difference if you are using one of our templates.

Hi Jeff, I have a quite a few old listings that have been re-listed, they are all OK, they must have been the ones you looked at. It seems to be since I changed the template over a few days ago. Can you have a look at 280087300348, I have 15 photos with that one!

Hi Jeff, I just looked at a relisted item with an old template, this doesn't work too, I get this page (below) could it be my PC then?

Ok, it works for me. I'm using Firefox. I talked to engineering and they are preparing an update for IE 6.0 users.

In Wednesdays release we made it so the page doesn't need to reload to move between images. That makes it faster for buyers to move through the images. Looks like we missed a bug in IE 6.0. It should be fixed soon though.

Thanks Jeff, so it's neither me or my PC? great! one more minor snag though, all my listings that are still 'in' auctiva are shown in dollars, when launched they are in pounds sterling - as I want them to be

The currency issue you are referring to was the other "bug" we introduced with last week's release. Not to worry though...while the "Starting Price" column on your saved listings page does not reflect the correct currency, your listings will still display the correct currency once posted to eBay.

We will be correcting this issue, as well as the IE 6.0 supersized image "bug" with our next rellease, which will most likely take place later this week.
