Hi aumaker,
From the Help tab of your account, just select "Check Support cases" to reach the page where your support cases are. You may need to adjust the pull down for: 'Show me my cases for the last: ___ days.' to "All" or an appropriate time frame to see your existing cases; this is located just beneath the text "My Support Cases". Once you have your cases loaded on to the page, there is a link: "View" for each case within your account you can use to see the particular case.
