Hi, need more details but in an attempt to clarify a couple of points about templates

Templates are used in the creation of a listing to combine and format areas e.g. description, background etc.

They do not get automatically applied retrospectively to live listings.

That has to be done manually via ebay->revise item by copy/paste of the HTML from an updated saved (on Auctiva) version of the active listing.
When you revise a listing after it has been posted to eBay you are always running the risk that eBay's html editor will change your code.

On some of our newer templates the majority of the template does disappear. We are working on a fix for this.

The best solution is to get it right the 1st time. In case that didn't happen follow ChooChooGuy's advice...
