My token won't generate

hi..i have a problem..whenever i generate a token, i always receive the message

"An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts? "

i had a previous account on auctiva but i have deleted it because i changed my nick on ebay, so i created a new auctiva account associated with my new ebay username. I saw the thread of Cajun_Pirate_Booty_Too and I think we have the same case. Can somebody from auctiva do the same with me so i can generate a token? Thanx a lot. God bless!

no, not yet. I think people from auctiva have to delete our previous ebay username in their database in order for us to generate a token. I think thats what theyve done to "Cajun_Pirate_Booty_Too"...

I went in and removed my authorization for the old ebay name and it still wont work.

I am brand new at this. I tried generating a token and creating a listing last night. The token seemed to take but I got an error when trying to list. Something about token not being good. I had tried Auctiva months ago and had revoked that token a while back. i don't know if that has anything to do with this. HELP Help. It is hard being in business without listings.
